- Suitability of the designated unloading area to ensure adequate storage capacity and ability to meet unloading requirements is assessed and problems are resolved according to organisational requirements.
- Conduct waste receipt activities.
- Waste is screened to identify waste types and waste characteristics according to organisational requirements.
- Nature of required service is discussed and clarified with the waste provider according to organisational requirements.
- Non-conforming waste is identified and handled according to organisational and compliance requirements.
- Received waste is measured and recorded according to organisational and compliance requirements.
- Fees and charges are calculated based on waste types and quantities according to organisational requirements.
- Receipt for correct fee payment is issued, and payment details are recorded according to organisational requirements.
- Load sample is taken according to organisational and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate waste unloading.
- Clear directions to unloading site are given to waste provider to ensure personnel safety according to organisational requirements.
- Waste provider is given instructions and signalling to ensure safe and effective unloading in designated unloading area.
- Unloading assistance is provided according to organisational and compliance requirements.
- Unloading site is monitored to ensure compliance with unloading instructions, containment of waste within the designated unloading area, and adequate capacity of storage facility.
